Tailoring Anchoring Groups in Low‐Dimensional Organic Semiconductor‐Incorporated Perovskites

Low-dimensional, organic semiconductor-incorporated perovskites (OSiPs) are hybrid structures with functional cations intercalated between inorganic octahedron frameworks. They exhibit increased structural and compositional tunability, fascinating electronic properties, enhanced stability for a wide range of applications. Currently, the interactions conjugated building blocks metal halide have not been fully investigated. Herein, series bithiophene-based ligands formamidinium, imidazolium, benzimidazolium terminal groups to examine influence different anchoring on crystal structures, phase formation, device performances reported. It is shown that significant effect octahedra in perovskites, thus determine formation structures. Only 3D perovskite solar cells passivated by imidazolium enhancement power conversion efficiencies as well reduced hysteresis. A new strategy provided designing novel OSiPs functionalities via tailoring group.
